In order to build player engagement in you club a usefull thing to do is set out a programme of events for the year. It will help the current members plan their year, and understand whats available. It is also a great resource to answer questions for prospective members too!.
Please see the template attached and tailor to your needs, it really helps.
If you are using the Single Platform for your club administration, then use the calendar feature there and add the events so it is on-line.

If you are a qualified Coach or affiliated Irish Squash Club that has plans to develop and increase your membership, Leinster Squash wants to hear from you. If you have a documented plan and a team committed to deliver it we will look to invest in your work over a number of years.
